- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% service charge.
- No-shows are subject to the same 50% fee, our stylists set aside that time just for you, and this helps us make sure they’re compensated for their time and care.
- If you’re running late, please give us a quick call, we’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but if we can’t fit you in, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
