We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time, but we do accept walk-ins when space allows.

Every haircut comes with a mist, cut & quick dry, plus a special prize to take home. Each chair has its own TV to keep little heads happy and still while the magic happens. ✨ First haircuts include a keepsake certificate and a lock of hair, and you can always add a extra sparkle, tinsel, or colour for a fun finish!

With our Vagaro booking system, you only need one login. From there, you can add each of your children under your profile so you can easily book for them without juggling multiple accounts. Here’s how:

From our Booking Page:

1. Log in to your Vagaro account.

2. Click your Profile avatar (top right corner).

3. Select Family & Friends.

4. Click Add Family & Friends → choose Child.

5. Fill in your child’s details → Save.

6. Repeat for all of your children.

Booking for your kids

Once your children are added, when you go to book a haircut, spa service, or party, you’ll see a drop-down that says:
“Who is this appointment for?” → simply choose the right child’s name.

Yes! First haircuts are one of our specialties. We even make it a milestone moment with a keepsake certificate and lock of hair.

Absolutely. We want everyone to feel comfortable. Parents can stay close, and siblings can watch (we’ve got plenty of sparkle to keep them entertained).

We welcome kids of all ages, from wiggly toddlers to teens who know exactly what they want. And yes, grown-ups are welcome too!

Yes! At Lizzy Lee & Me we proudly partner with Wigs for Kids BC to help kids experiencing hair loss. Donating hair is one of those beautiful moments: your child gets a haircut and gets to give something meaningful. Read more on our Wigs for Kids page.

We pierce ears for children ages 3 and up – and yes, adults are welcome too! 🎉

We use professional, hygienic techniques and make the experience as calm (and sparkly!) as possible. We take extra time to explain each step and help everyone feel comfortable. Whether it’s your child’s first piercing or your fourth set, we’ll make sure it’s safe, special, and memorable. ✨

We usually have two certified team members available most days, but give us a quick call to double-check. When both are here, we pierce at the same time, our little bit of magic that makes the process faster, easier, and way less ouch! 💖

Our parties book up quickly, especially on weekends. We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance, but always give us a call and we can check your desired date is available, even in short notice.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring cake, cupcakes, drinks or snacks with our cake room add-on.

Packages are designed for 6 children, with the option to add up to 6 more guests for an additional fee.

Yes, a deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due the day of your party.
