If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. If illness or an unexpected circumstance pops up the day of, just give us a call, we simply ask for notice.
Because appointments are reserved especially for your family and our service providers, missed appointments without notice may result in:
- First no-show: A gentle courtesy warning
- Second no-show: A $20 no-show fee
- Third no-show: Prepayment may be required for future bookings
This policy helps protect our team’s time and allows us to offer appointments to other families who may be waiting.
