Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Lizzy Lee & Me, we know life with kids can be wonderfully unpredictable, and we always do our best to be understanding.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. If illness or an unexpected circumstance pops up the day of, just give us a call, we simply ask for notice.

Because appointments are reserved especially for your family and our service providers, missed appointments without notice may result in:

• First no-show: A gentle courtesy warning
• Second no-show: A $20 no-show fee
• Third no-show: Prepayment may be required for future bookings

This policy helps protect our team’s time and allows us to offer appointments to other families who may be waiting.
